Learning Resources in your Community
For over 90 years Extension Service faculty located on the OSU central campus
and in every county in Oregon have helped Oregonians identify needs for informal
education, and created programs to meet those needs. Extension Service programs
are delivered throughout Oregon in one-on-one sessions, workshops, short courses,
demonstrations and informational meetings.
Our educational programs and materials cover a wide range of subjects, with
emphasis on family issues, nutrition and food safety, 4-H Youth
development, agriculture and home gardening, and natural resources. To find
out more about the educational resources available in your community, see our
sampling of classes and contact the Extension Service
county office the nearest you.
