Youth leadership development is a big part of the Benton County 4-H program. Training sessions, clubs and county leadership roles for older youth help give interested 4-H members a chance to develop and utilize their leadership skills. Adult 4-H leaders work with youth as equal partners to make a strong Benton County 4-H program.
