What is Benton County Youth Forestry Education? The Youth Forestry Education
project provides resources for Benton County youth and their educators who are
engaged in learning about local forests and their many values and contributions.
Through its Coordination Council and diverse projects, Youth Forest Education
enhances existing forestry education offerings and creates new learning
materials and opportunities for Benton County youth.

- The Natural Resource Education Guide is a compilation of agencies and organizations that offer materials, tours, presentations, workshops, and other resources to area educators.
- The original Guide and yearly revisions are provided to classroom teachers, club leaders, community outreach agencies, and parent and community volunteers.
- Natural Resource Education Guide Educator Evaluation-Cut and paste the evaluation to Microsoft word and fill out. Please email completed evaluation to chrissy.lucas@oregonstate.edu, or print out the form and send it with your school district courier to Benton County OSU Extension Service.
