Ordering Information
Order materials in any of the following ways:
- Use the online shopping cart (credit card information is sent via an encrypted, secure connection to our payment processors; your information is secure throughout the ordering process, and we do not store your credit card information)
- Use the order form to place an order through U.S. mail. Mail orders to: Publication Orders, Extension & Station Communications, Oregon State University, 422 Kerr Administration, Corvallis, OR 97331-2119

Payment in U.S. funds must be included with your order. Make your check, money order, or purchase order payable to Oregon State University. We accept Visa and MasterCard except, for security reasons, on orders placed via e-mail.
We offer a 25-percent discount on orders of 100 or more copies of a single publication and a 25-percent discount on orders of 10 or more copies of a single video, CD, or software program shipped to one address in the continental United States.
Shipping and handling charges apply to the order subtotal after discounts and/or credits have been applied. Charges are as follows:
$5.00 or less .................... $3.00
$5.01 to $10.00 ............... $4.00
$10.01 to $20.00 ............. $5.00
$20.01 to $40.00 ............. $6.00
$40.01 to $60.00 ............. $7.00
$60.01 to $80.00 ............. $8.00
$80.01 to $100.00 ........... $9.00
more than $100.00 .......... 10% of order subtotal

Orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail, UPS or Fed Ex Ground.
Within 14 Days
Full refunds will be issued for publications (including DVDs, etc.) within 14 days of the purchase date in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition. Returns should be mailed with a the packing slip or invoice to:

After 14 Days
Active publications may be returned after 14 days of the purchase date. These returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, however this fee may be waived if:
- Carrier damage
- Defective product
- Product does not match description
- Received incorrect product
- Product was an extra item not ordered
Note: If the restocking fee is requested and the issue is misrepresented, the stocking fee will be applied even if it was initially waived.
Extension and Experiment Station Communications is not responsible for return shipping costs.
