Food Preservation Classes offered this Summer

Clackamas County OSU Extension will be holding classes that will include demonstrations, hands-on skill building, research based printed information and tested recipes. Some of the classes being held will be on Basic Food Preservation: Jam, Food Drying & Food Safety; Pickled Foods and Canning Fruits and Tomatoes. Some of the locations around Clackamas will be Trinity Lutheran Church in Oregon City, Harding Grange in Estacada and more.
