Building Specs

From the early beginnings of dreaming, thinking and planning, ideas for the building began to take place. By summer, 2007, FFI began working with local builder Mark Schmidt (his family owns Lazy S Sawmill in Beavercreek) to design the project, create all of the construction drawings, and manage all of the necessary details for obtaining permits and approvals from the county.
