The Extension Service depends on community support to help us deliver information to people who need it. We receive funds from Clackamas County, the State of Oregon, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to leverage grants and donations as well as volunteer time. In fact, for every $1 we receive in public funds, we bring in almost $2 from other community sources.
We offer several volunteer training programs. You will receive the latest, research-based information and the skills needed to share that information with others in the community. Our most popular roles are 4-H Leader, Master Gardener, Family and Community Education, Family Food Educator, Master Woodland Manager, and Master Watershed Steward.
For short-term volunteer opportunities, contact a staff member in the area in which you are interested.

Donate to our office. Specify in the comment box that your donation is for Clackamas County. You can also designate your donation for the Clackamas County Extension Endowment.
