4-H Tack Sale

The March Sale will go on with as many vendors as usual. Vendors previously located in the livestock barn will be relocated to other nearby locations.

The Clackamas County 4-H Tack Sale is a fundraiser for the 4-H Horse Advisory Committee. It is held twice each year at the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center in Canby, on the third Saturday of March and October. The sale includes new and used tack as well as other horse-related items.


Saturday, October 18, 2014    8:00 am - 1:30 pm

Parking is free, admission is $1 per person.


Information for Vendors

Spaces for the October 18, 2014 tack sale are now available. See the vendor reservation form for more information.

Spaces will be available for at the 4-H HEARTH Bazaar, October 18, in the 4-H Building. Items do not need to be horse related.


Information for Buyers

The tack sale is open to the public. Admission is $1 per person and parking is free. The hours are 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. Please do not come earlier - our vendors are instucted not to sell before 8:00 am.

A food vendor is on site. Also be sure to visit our Trailer Sales area and the 4-H HEARTH Bazzar, Book, and Bake Sale in the 4-H Building!


Trailer and Equipment Sales

You can also sell your horse trailers and other large equipment. For a flat fee, you can park your trailer inside the fairgrounds. Proceeds benefit the 4-H Leaders' Association. For Sale signs on trailers are not permited anywhere else on the fairgrounds or in the parking lot.

We are always in need of volunteers to help with our fundraiser. We especially need help with set up and clean up. Please contact the Extension office if you can help with this event.
