Businesses, organizations, and individuals that give generously of their time and resources are recognized with the Clackamas County Friends of 4-H award. Each year, we add 2-5 new awardees to the list of Friends. We invite our 4-H families to contact us with nominations by July 1 of each year.
4-H families are encouraged to nominate leaders for the Distinguished Service Awards. Each year, up to five awardees are selected in the "5 Years or Less" and the "Over 5 Years" categories. Recipients are eligible to receive the award again after five years. See our list of past awardees. We also recognize Leader anniversaries for those who have served for 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or more years.
4-H Leader Michele Rosier Bundy was recently awarded an OSUEA Cooperator Award. We have posted her nomination and and photo.
4-H members are recognized for their participation and accomplishments. All youth who become Junior or Teen Leaders, Graduating Seniors, and those who graduate as 9 Year Members receive awards.
