Clatsop County 4-H Resources...
Check out our FACEBOOK page!
The Clatsop County OSU Extension Service has a miriad of resources and project kits in our lending library available to all 4-H leaders. Project kits available include: Beef, Dog, Horse, Poultry, Rabbit, Sheep, & Swine. We will be developing a list of videos we have on hand available to check out. Don't forget our "Buzzer Game" set-up. It is perfect for knowledge drills for your project members to emphasize what they have learned at project meetings. Leaders are invited to visit our office if they would like to preview any of our materials, or call 325-8573 to reserve kits or videos.
The National 4-H Cooperative Curriculum System has available online learning resources for many
4-H projects. Interested in learning more about your projects? Click on the link below to access fun and interesting facts.
Also, please note that National Collegiate 4-H Organization has recently published their new Website. Collegiate 4-H offers college students an experience after high school of volunteering with
4-H youth, serving their communities, and growing as a young 4-H volunteer leader. Collegiate 4-H is a nationwide program that can be implemented at any college campus.
By accessing the link below, you will find resources to aid in starting or finding a Collegiate 4-H club at any school (in any state!) and also find ideas for providing leadership to county, local, and state 4-H programs. (In the near future, the Website will feature their national service project: an online resource library for the 4-H community.)
