OSU Extension contracts with Oregon Department of Human Services SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) to bring nutrition education to limited income Oregonians.  The Oregon Nutrition Education Program is a community based nutrition education program delivered by OSU Extension Service faculty and staff  to adults and youth in 31 Oregon counties. Participants learn practical skills in the following areas:

  • Healthy Eating and Activity
  • Increasing Household Food Security
  • Reducing Foodborne Illness
