4-H County Fair
The Columbia County Fair is held each year in July.
It is a time when 4-H members have an opportunity to show the results of their learning and efforts. It is also a chance for 4-H'ers to meet other members from across the county and share experiences and ideas with them.
Participation at the Fair is not required, but members are missing an excellent opportunity for additional fun, enrichment, and learning. All 4-H'ers should be encouraged to participate in Fair if possible.
To participate in the Fair, the child must be enrolled in 4-H by April 1 with the Extension office. Fair entry forms are due at the end of June. For more information concerning the Fair, consult the 4-H Fair premium book.
