2017 Master Food Preserver Training

The Coos County Master Food Preservers will hold their annual food preservation training in April through June. Training begins on Monday, April 10, with weekly classes each Monday except for May 1 and May 29.

Cost of the training is $150, $50 of which will be refunded to volutneers who contribute 40 hours of service to the program in the year following the training. Students will also receive a comprehensive Resource Manual, training manual, and numerous other resources.

All trainees must complete an application packet (see link below) and pay the course fee on or before Friday, March 24, 2017.
