Coos and Curry County Commercial Horticulture
Oregon State University Extension's agricultural program provides education, training, and technical assistance to people with agriculturally related needs and interests. Major program emphasis is on profitable food and fiber production, farm business management, marketing and processing of agricultural products, and resource use and conservation.
Coos and Curry county commercial horticultural programs focus primarily on the production of cranberry and Easter lily, and other horticultural crops. Training is also provided for pesticide applicators. Please contact Coos County OSU Extension office for information on upcoming workshops, training sessions and the latest in research based information.
