Beginning October 1, uninsured or underinsured Oregonians will be able to enroll in coverage through our state's health insurance marketplace called Cover Oregon.
The OSU Extension Service and College of Public Health and Human Sciences are partnering with Cover Oregon and the Metropolitan Group (a strategic communications firm) to help make Oregonians aware of this opportunity to purchase high quality, affordable coverage tailored to their individual needs.
Extension Offices across the state are prepared to provide basic information about Cover Oregon and make referrals to the Cover Oregon website, a toll free phone number, or to enrollment assisters in their community.
Below are Cover Oregon resources to help local residents learn more about this program and how they might go about finding the right insurance package to suit their needs.
