Master Food Preserver Workshops 2017

The 2017 workshop schedule for the Coos County Master Food Preservers includes classes on fundamentals like boiling water and pressure canning, as well as our always popular classes like Dehydrating and Handmade Holidays.

New this year are the times the Master Food Preservers will have a booth at the Farmer's Market in Coos Bay the first Wednesday of each month to answer your food preservation questions, provide resources & recipes, and test your pressure canner gauges for free.

Preregistration for all workshops is recommended. Simply call the OSU Extension Service, 541-572-5263, ext. 25292, to reserve your spot.
