Our now monthly newsletter "Wellness Ink" has many features including healthy eating and excercise tips, food safety tips, upcoming events, recognition, recipes and program highlights. This is mailed to all persons on the food safety list, FCE (Family and Community Extension) groups and any other interested parties.
