Wellness Ink newsletters


Wellness Ink
is a free, 6-page monthly electronic newsletter written by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Education Specialist, Stephanie Polizzi (to learn more about Stephanie click HERE). Each issue presents research-based information on a health-related topic, along with stories, recipes and a little bit of fun.

The newsletter is published once per month and is available for free via email delivery or by printed/mailed. Subscription renew in January and are $15 per year, or $7 if you subscribe mid-year.
