Crook County After the Bell wants to make it easy to enroll and offer the means to pay with a credit card.  Please follow the instructions below:

1.  Please download and complete the enrollment form.

2.  Mail or drop the completed form off at the OSU Crook County Extension Office at:

     Crook County After the Bell
     498 Se Lynn Blvd
     Prineville, OR 97754

3.  Click on the Pay Now Button (bottom of page) and follow the directions.

*Note: When paying online for multiple children, you will have to submit individual payments for each child.

4.  Once your completed enrollment form is recieved and your paypal transaction has gone through you will be notified by a staff member of Crook County After the Bell.
