Campers have the opportunity to participate in activities including: expressive arts, outdoor survival, archery and pellet guns, snorkeling, swimming, hiking and much more!

Our camp is led by 4-H Youth Development Staff, trained volunteers and teen counselors.

Campership Fund

Help make camp possible for a child in the community who might not otherwise be able to attend. The Campership Fund allows local community members and businesses the opportunity to send a kid to camp.

A donation of $100 covers transportation, 4 days of meals and lodging, craft supplies, a t-shirt and medical insurance. Partial camperships are also available.

Your donation will last a lifetime through the memories and friends made at Lobster Creek Camp!

To donate, contact the OSU Extension Office at (541) 247-6672.

Camp Counselors

4-H Lobster Creek Camp offers leadership opportunities to 7th-12th grade students. As Counselors and Jr. Counselors, these teens provide one of the most important ingredients for a successful 4-H camp. Teens gain skills and experience in being a role model, resolving conflict, managing time and resources, while providing a positive experience for campers.

Curry County 4-H requires counselors complete 30+ hours of leadership training including community volunteer service. Monthly training is mandatory for all counselors.

Applications are now being accepted for 2013 Camp Counselors. Application packets are due by 5PM on Monday, February 11th.
