Weed Tour 2012 in Douglas County

A field trip that departs from Douglas County parking lot across from the library in Roseburg for a van pool to weed sites for presentations.  Spotlight weeds are Meadow Knapweed, Yellow Star Thistle, and Weedy Grasses such as foxtail, hare barley, and medusahead rye.  Pre-register to reserve a seat in the vans. Alternate pick-ups along the route available.  No tour fee (free!). Water and a snack provided by DC Farmers Coop.  Pre-registration requested by calling 541-672-4461 or email to mary.hoffman@oregonstate.edu with your name and telephone number.
