All About Preserving Fruits

Everything you want to know about preserving fruits, including water bath canning, freezing, drying, jams, jellies and more. This is a hands-on class, take home some of your creations. Please bring a brown bag lunch. This class is taught by the Douglas County Master Food Preservers.
This is part 2 of a 3 part series.
Cost: $40.00/this class only. Pre-registration required by July 12 (Friday).
