Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, Mustards & Bread
Saturday, November 2, 2013 - 9:00am - 1:00pm
Learn how to make and stuff homemade bratwurst. You will learn to make old fashioned sauerkraut, sourdough rolls and create a variety of homemade mustards. A luncheon of these items will be served at the conclusion of the class.
Cost: $40.00, Please pre-register by October 29th - class size is limited.
