Fun with Fermentation: sauerkraut, kimchi, dill pickles

Natural fermentation is one of the oldest means of food preservation. Join us to learn the science of safely preparing and storing sauerkraut, dill pickles and kimchi.  Learn the basics of food fermentation and its nutritional benefits, plus "how-to" demonstrations, tasting, and Q & A session.  Take home a sample jar of kimchi.

Pre-registration required by deadline of Monday, September 15, 2014. Full payment is required at time of registration (cash or check).
