Canning Tomatoes & Salsa

What do you do with gardens overflowing with shiny red tomatoes and bright green peppers?  The Douglas County OSU Master Food Preserves will teach you the science of how to safely can and preserve tomatoes and salsa.  This is a hands-on workshop.  You'll be working in small groups to create safe and tasty salsa.

Bring a sack lunch and drinks. 

Pre-registration required by deadline of Monday, September 29, 2014. Full payment is required at time of registration (cash or check). This class fills-up quickly, so register early!
