Hunt to Home: Home wild game processing
Saturday, October 25, 2014 - 10:00am - 3:00pm
Learn with hands-on experience of cutting up your game meat. Topics: skinning; gutting; meat cutting of deer, grouse, rabbit; plus basic food safety. Duke Hayes, instructor/OSU Master Food Preserver, has a lifetime of knowledge on this topic.
Please bring your own cutting board and sharp knife. Bring a sack lunch and drinks.
Pre-registration required by deadline of Monday, October 20, 2014. Full payment is required at time of registration (cash or check). Class size is limited, register early!
