If you're interested in learning specific new skills and techniques in food preservation and preparation, join us at a monthly program for both the beginner and veteran at the "In the Kitchen" series or the "What's for Dinner?" series (schedules below). - Pressure Canner Lid Testing
Free testing every 1st and 3rd Thursday starting in July and ending in October. Bring your canner lid to the Douglas County Office, Kitchen Conference Room between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (office is located at 1134 S.E. Douglas in Roseburg). Click here for more details, or call 541-672-4461.
