    • Free testing on the 1st and 3rd Thursday, July through October at the Douglas County Office, Kitchen Conference Room between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (office is located at 1134 SE Douglas in Roseburg).
    • 2012 Pressure Canner Gauge Testing Additional Locations, Dates & Times (To-be-determined . . . .check back for a complete list)
  3. The Oregon Statewide Food Preservation/Safety Hotline is now closed. But this will be available June 25 thru October 12, 2012 as follows:
    1. Wednesday: 1:00 to 4:00 pm
    2. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:  9:00 am to 4:00 pm
