Hotline open on:                         Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 

                                                   (Note:  Closed on Wednesday)

                                                   9:00 am to 4:00 pm  (Pacific Time)

Additional availability for holiday food calls:

  • Holiday Hotline 2013:  November 18 through 22, and 25 through 27;  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

The hotline is a cooperative program of Oregon State University Extension Service.

The Oregon Statewide Hotline is located in Roseburg, Oregon at the Douglas County OSU Extension Service office.  Hotline questions are answered by volunteer OSU Master Food Preservers from Douglas and Lane Counties.  If calls arrive outside of the hours and/or days of operation, messages can be recorded for next available day call back.
