Canning Tuna and Meats

Everything you want to know about canning tuna and meats. You'll learn to use a pressure canner and will can a jar of tuna. Learn the procedures and techniques of how to can and then how to use varieties of canned meats. This is a hands-on class and you will take home a jar of canned tuna.
Cost for this class: $45.00 Pre-registration is required by August 14, 2013 (Wednesday).
