Carole Smith

Bio

Carole serves as the Outreach and Engagement Regional Administrator for Union, Baker and Wallowa counties.  She is an Associate Professor in the College of Health and Human Sciences at Oregon State University.  She has been with OSU since 1999 serving as the 4-H Youth Development educator and Staff Chair in Union County. 

While administrative duties take most of her appointment, she is involved in oversight of the Union County 4-H programming as well as local county operations.  Her main office is located in the Union County Extension office in eastern Oregon.
