The OSU Extension Service now using Activity Insights from Digital Measures for faculty accountability. This software will be used to:
- Document faculty accomplishments (publications, impacts, grants…)
- Archive the CV and format it for annual and promotion and tenure needs.
- Collect information required for annual federal reporting (impacts, contacts, volunteers, and Ag Experiment Station Reporting)
- Allow administration to generate reports as needed for federal, state and local funders

Extension is in partnership with the College Agricultural Science and the College of Forestry on this change. All three units are working together to ensure faculty with joint appointments will only enter data once. Extension field faculty, CAS, and Cof faculty contact Linda Brewer for help with Digital Measures.
College of Public Health and Human Sciences field faculty will report into Extension's Digital Measures, and consult with Linda Brewer for problem-solving. Extension and College of Public Health and Human Sciences are collaborating to ensure as much consistency as possible between the two reporting sites. This will reduce effort when field-based tenure-track faculty go up for promotion and tenure.
