Extension and Agricultural Experiment Station Logos

These Oregon State University logos come packaged with color, black and white, CMYK, spot color, horizontal and vertical variations. They can be inserted into almost any document without becoming pixelated. Do not alter the color or arrangement of any of the logos.

View OSU brand guidelines on how to use an OSU logo. For help with downloading or using OSU Extension logos, contact Erik Simmons.

ZIP file contents

EPS and PDF versions of each logo are included, both of which are equally applicable across a wide range of uses (print and digital), depending on the user’s preferences.

NOTE: EPS logos will generally not display within Windows until inserted into a document. Additionally, depending on the application e.g. Word, Publisher, the EPS logo may appear low resolution and “pixelated” when viewed on-screen, but will print sharply.

Use CMYK or Spot colors?

  • CMYK: This is the default color space, for the vast majority of uses. If you are using Publisher, please use the “CMYK” option for the closest match to Oregon State University’s orange.
  • Spot colors: use only for a 2-color commercial printing e.g. business cards, letterhead, etc.

Converting logos into JPGs

JPGs print less sharply than PDF or EPS files. Additionally, JPG logos can’t be resized without further degrading their appearance.
