Mission

To provide professional business and financial management advice and support to the OSU Extension administrative and support staff in such a way that we facilitate the achievement of the organization's overall mission and goals.

Goals

• To ensure a fundamental level of business expertise in all County Extension offices.
  

• To provide and coordinate training and on-going support as it relates to budget development and management, Banner FIS and the related FIS Data Warehouse and OSU's Policies and Procedures.
  

• To recommend best business practices to County Extension offices and, when appropriate, assist in their planning and implementation.
  

• To ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and other regulatory rules and guidelines that apply to what we do.
