The following databases are sample databases you can either use by deleting the sample data and then importing pre-existing data or to start from scratch.
If you would like to use the one of these databases and would like to have other features incorporated into the database, or have pre-existing data to import into the database and would like assistance, please contact the ECTU help desk and submit a request.
Please Note: These databases were written in Access 2003 and won't work in prior versions. If you would like one of the databases and can't upgrade to Access 2003, please contact the ECTU help desk and we will see what we can do. But, it would be better if you upgraged to Office 2003.
Events Management Database
The Events Management Database is a database you can use to manage reservations for Seminars, Conferences and events like a Tree Day event. The database can be used as-is, or can be modified to include features you need that are not currently in the database. The zip file contains both the sample database and documentation on how to use the database.

The Mailing List Management Database is a database you can use to manage a list of customers who are interested in Extension services. The database can be used as-is, or can be modified to include features you need that are not currently in the database.
