Extension Cabinet

The Cabinet's responsibilities include:

• Development of organizational policies;
• Implementation of strategic planning for the organization; and
• Assurance of positive functional relationships between colleges and Extension.

Membership includes the Vice Provost & Director, Associate Dean & Director, Regional Directors, Program Leaders, Department Head of Extension and Experiment Stations Communications, two county staff chairs, two department heads, County Operations Coordinator, and the Assistant to the Dean and Director.
