Ever wonder why they say “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”?

Like vegetables, most fruits are full of vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber, plus other vitamins and minerals.

Remember, vitamin C works hard in our body to keep us healthy and help us heal more quickly. Vitamin A helps us see well in dim light, and keeps our skin and hair healthy.

Eat whole fruits often. They have more fiber than fruit juices, and are more filling. Watching your weight? Fruits have no fat!
