Virtual/Online Walk With Ease Classes

Welcome to the online, virtual classroom Walk With Ease program! We are excited to offer instructor-led, hybrid classes which will guide you to create a personalized walking program, set personal goals and provide real-time support and motivation. Classes meet twice per week for 6 weeks plus include email updates and information weekly.

Can't make it to an in person group? Join an online class no matter where you live or work! You'll simply need access to a phone or computer with internet access to attend.

  • Current Session: Mondays & Wednesdays 11:30AM - NOON
  • October 16th - November 22nd
  • NEXT SESSION - January 2018. Registration will open online in December

We'll meet twice a week in our virtual classroom and encourage walking through group support and individual planning. FREE to all Oregonians. All participants who attend two classes recieve a free Walk With Ease guidebook mailed to your home!
