Who Gets Grandma's Yellow Pie Plate?
Most people have personal belongings that have special meaning for them and other family members. These personal possessions are called non-titled property because there are no legal documents (such as titles) indicating who is the owner. Non-titled property may or may not have financial value, but often has sentimental, historical, or emotional value for the giver and for the receiver. This program helps families or individuals explore the issues and concerns of passing on personal belongings.
