Support includes comprehensive assistance in purchasing, deploying, maintaining, and disposing of computers, networks, and related peripherals. We also provide technical and desktop support via telephone, video conferencing, and other remote tools. We support more than 700 users in nearly 60 remote offices across Oregon.
To help our customers effectively use technological resources. We provide a critical service to Extension and AES faculty and staff, allowing them to take advantage of technology to its fullest extent within the constraints of budget, equipment, and personnel.
