Currently ECTU has limited resources to support Extension activities using Adobe Connect. We can provide basic troubleshooting and help in getting started with your first online meeting or workshop, but at this time any further assistance is limited.

Contact your department to determine whether someone in your department already has a license to use this tool. If not, contact COSINe (541-737-3848) for more information about purchasing a license.

All recordings in Connect 8.2 are set to private by default. Before sharing your recording with others, you must change the setting to public (JPG) in Connect Central so that everyone can access the URL.
