4-H is the informal, educational youth development program conducted by the Oregon State University Extension Service. 4-H helps youth grow and develop into positive citizens. Lifelong learning and life skill development are the keys to 4-H and are developed through 4-H projects, activities, community service and leadership work. By promoting a "hands on" educational philosophy, 4-H makes learning fun & interesting.

0. It's first project were animal projects and home economics. Now it has expanded into many fields: art, natural sciences, dance, woodworking, photography and many other areas.
