Out of County Opportunities
The Oregon 4-H Youth Development Program offers numerous statewide and national 4-H leadership opportunities to youth enrolled in the 4-H Program. Typically these programs are geared toward intermediate and senior 4-H members. For more information on each of these opportunities please click the links below. Please note a number of these programs are either fully funded or only require a nominal charge to the 4-H members family. Also the Lake County 4-H Leaders Association is committed to assisting youth attend out of county leadership events and offers support through an Special Event Scholarship Application.
4-H Summer Conference | June 25th - 28th
Registration for 4-H Summer Conference will be done online this year. The great news is you can view which classes are still open and know your classes schedule as you register, no surprises! Don’t delay on registering for the conference as classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
New Registration Processes
- Complete the registration form and return to the Lake County Extension Office with payment.
- Once the registration form and payment are received you will be provided with an access code, via email, to register online.
- The 4-H Leaders Association Special Event and Vandergaw Scholarship applications are due by 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 12th to the Lake County Extension Office. There are multiple scholarship opportunities, please take advantage of these opportunities.
