Super Science Summer Camp
|
Monday, August 16 through Friday, August 20, 2010 All youth who are completing third through sixth grades in 2010 are eligible to participate in 4-H Super Science Summer Camp. Participants do not need to be enrolled in the 4-H program to attend, but we do require a willingness to have fun, make friends, and learn new things. Campers' days are filled with adventure--mornings provide hands-on experiences to explore and discover the 4-H Center's amazing forests, creeks, ponds, and open fields, as well as viewing wildlife in their natural settings. Afternoons include a variety of fun, interactive science programs, arts and crafts, recreational games, hikes, rope swings, canoeing, fishing, and swimming. Evenings find campers singing songs, telling stories, and acting out skits under the stars around the camp fire. |
