Food Preservation/Cooking Classes
The Oregon State University Extension Service Master Food Preserver (MFP) program launched a series of cooking classes for Lane County residents.
Most classes will be held at the Community of Christ Church located at 1485 Gilham Road, Eugene unless otherwise noted. Register by filling out the appropriate form and either mailing or dropping off to the OSU Extension Service MFP in Lane County, 783 Grant St., Eugene OR 97402. Some classes have credit card payment options, see below.

Holiday Bazaar Fundraiser for the OSU Master Food Preservers
Join OSU Extension Service Master Food Preservers at the Bazaar to be held Saturday, December 7, 2013 at the River Road Park, 1400 Lake Drive, Eugene 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Select from a large array of delicious canned jams, jellies, pickles, baked goods and other assorted delicacies.
Become a Master Food Preserver Volunteer
Watch for the next Master Food Preserver volunteer training in 2014. Application will be available in February.
2014 Saturday Cooking Classes
Registraion is open for the two upcoming Saturday Cooking classes. Class will be held at the Community of Christ Church, 1485 Gilham Road, Eugene. Call 541-344-4885 with questions.
January 25, 2014 - Homemade Pasta and Sauces, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. ($40) Credit card option.
March 1, 2014 - Dishes in Minutes using the Amazing Pressure Sauce Pan, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. ($40) Credit card option.
Take both classes for the discounted price of $70. Credit card option.
