Canning Tuna classes in Lane County

Learn to can tuna from Master Food Preservers in Lane County. They will provide the expertise, the venue, pressure canners, stoves and order the fish. You bring cutting board, knife, wide-mough half-pint jars, lids and rings. Pre-registration of $40 is required. Cost of fish will be paid day of class. Classes will be held at FOOD for Lane County, 770 Bailey Hill Road, Eugene starting at 9 a.m. and ending around 3 p.m.
