The Oregon State University Extension Service provides research-based knowledge and education that strengthens local economies, sustains natural resources, and promotes healthy communities, families, and individuals.

In the Lane County area, Extension currently offers programs in nutrition education, food safety & preservation, farming, and home gardening. We offer a variety of online educational resources that help Oregonians solve problems and lead better lives. We're working on re-establishment of our 4-H Youth Development and Forestry & Natural Resource programs -- stay tuned.
