Summer Food Preservation Classes open for registration in Lane County

Learn to preserve from the extperts. Three classes are scheduled:

June 8, 2013 - Introduction to Food Preservation, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. ($20)

July 20, 2013 - All About Preserving Fruits, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. ($50)

August 10, 2013 - All About Preserving Vegetables, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. ($50)

Register for all three classes for $100.

All classes will be held at the Community of Christ Church, 1485 Gilham Road, Eugene
