ALL YOUTH and VOLUNTEERS must pay the 2012-2013 4-H Insurance Fee of $10.00. Please make checks out to 4-H Leaders Association.

ALL 4-H YOUTH must pay the 2012-2013 4-H Member State Participation Fee of $15.00. Please make checks out to OSU Extension.
