The
Child Care Health Consultation Program (CCHC) is a partnership between Family Care Connection’s Child Care Resource and Referral and Lincoln County Health and Human Services, in collaboration with Lincoln Commission on Children and Families and The Children’s Advocacy Center. Together we are dedicated to helping you help the families you serve.
Our team of specialists provide up-to-date information on the latest guidelines, policies, and research regarding child development and child health and safety. Services include:
- Help to identify the physical and mental health needs of children,
families and/or providers.
- Assistance to providers in developing health policies and
forms.
- Hands on support and assistance through telephone consultations, onsite visits and trainings.
- Connecting providers and families with community health resources including Oregon Health Plan and/or the
Family Health Insurance Assistance Program.
