Southbound from Lincoln City and Depoe Bay:

Continue southbound on Highway 101 to the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 20 (to Corvallis). Turn left at the signal on to Highway 20 (also known as Olive Street), then take the first right (Avery Street). Continue on two blocks to a 4-way stop sign at 2nd and Avery Streets. Turn right. We are the building on your right.

Northbound from Yachats, Waldport, Seal Rock:

Continue northbound on Highway 101 to the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 20 (to Corvallis). Turn right at the signal on to Highway 20 (also known as Olive Street), then take the first right (Avery Street). Continue on two blocks to a 4-way stop sign at 2nd and Avery Streets. Turn right. We are the building on your right.

Westbound from Corvallis, Philomath, Toledo:

Continue westbound on Highway 20 (also known as Olive Street within the city limits) to Coos Street (3 blocks from Highway 101). Turn left on Coos Street between Coldwell Banker and Factory Matress Outlet (if you miss Coos, the next one is Benton -- turn between Halsey Sign and Prime Equipment Rental -- and that will work, too) and continue for two blocks to 2nd Street. Turn right and continue westbound for 3 more blocks (2 blocks if you turned on Benton) to the stop sign at 2nd and Avery Street. Continue across the intersection - we are the first building on the right.
